Split in half so we each get the flavors and ingredients we want!

Time:
Makes: 12 pieces per half (or however many pieces you want based on how you’re cutting them)
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (6 oz.) butterscotch-flavored chips
- 1 cup (6 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/3 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts or broken pretzel pieces
Directions: Heat oven 350°F. Line a 9×13 baking pan with foil and spray with a nonstick cooking spray. If you want to split the recipe in half to omit any ingredients, fold the foil in the middle to create a wall or dam and work in two separate halves.
Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter in a bowl and mix well. Press crumb mixture firmly into bottom of prepared pan. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb mixture. Layer evenly with remaining ingredients; press down firmly with fork.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbling. Cool in the pan on wire rack. Once cooled completely, cut into bars or diamonds.
Notes: These are a fun dessert to make because they can be so custom to each person you’re making them for. I was able to change ratios and omit ingredients to fit our personal preferences like my love of butterscotch chips and Stew’s dislike of coconut so that we still both get a dessert that we’ll enjoy! Obviously, if you’re changing ratios or omitting an ingredient from one side, you’ll need to alter the amounts that you use. The graham crackers and butter are the constant in this recipe.
