There are so many opportunities to make this recipe your own!

Time: 20 minutes
Feeds: 2 people
Ingredients:
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- 1 lb deli meat
- 4 slices of cheese
- Sliced tomato
- Lettuce
- Avocado
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- 4 slices of bread
Directions: Start with cooking your bacon. I always cook my bacon in the oven when I want it in strips. Lay out the strips of bacon on a foil lined sheet tray in a single layer trying not to overlap. Place in a cold oven and then turn the oven on to 375-400 degrees depending on the thickness. If the bacon is thicker, I turn the oven on hotter. The bacon should take about 20 minutes to cook but keep an eye on it because the cook time can vary based on the thickness of the bacon.
We generally use 2 different kinds of deli meat for club sandwiches. I generally buy the packaged Oscar Mayer deli meat and really like the oven roasted turkey breast, blackened chicken, and roast beef but you can use your favorite. The same thing goes for the type of cheese you use – there are so many different options so choose the cheese you like the most! We really like Pepperjack and Colby jack for these sandwiches.
Assemble your sandwich to your liking with the above ingredients or whatever else you might like!
